With a new home court awaiting him in Philly, LeBron James’ busiest offseason in years continues with a first look at another upcoming Nike LeBron 23, potentially one of the model’s final colorways now that the LeBron 24 has already entered its teaser phase.
Detailed images shared by James’ childhood friend Frankie Walker reveal a new “Hyper Pink” edition that appears to reference LeBron’s all-time scoring record. The colorway closely resembles the pink Nike LeBron 20 PE worn the night LeBron surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, embedded below. You might also recall that the PE echoed the LeBron 20 “Pink Diamond,” which Nike finally released last year after James debuted them at the Drew League in 2022.
Save for Metallic Silver Swooshes, the entirety of this Nike LeBron 23 is drenched in Hyper Pink for an energetic, unapologetically loud finish. Text reading “20 x 23” overlaid onto the image confirms this is indeed a scoring record homage and not, say, a “Kay Yow” PE tied to cancer awareness, though the bright hue definitely gives off that impression. It would have looked right at home in Miami had LeBron taken his talents back to South Beach.
The Nike LeBron 23 “Hyper Pink” does not yet have a confirmed release date, but our Sneaker Release Dates page will be kept current with any updates.
