For the occasion, the Three Stripes crafted a mismatch pair of the adidas Crazy Energy+, swapping between championship gold and similarly shining silver from left to right, imbuing the metallic shade either one eschews in its primary shade within the mesh foundation underneath. She’d later don this exact shoe for the Aces’ Opening Night.

Zooming out, the silhouette is now one of many futuristic hoops propositions from the German giant. However, most that the general public are familiar with are signature kicks from the likes of James Harden or Anthony Edwards. The Crazy Energy+, though carrying the torch of Kobe Bryant’s erstwhile roster with the brand, is a move to establish mainline icons, something also seen with the unreleased adidas 3-D printed basketball shoe.
