Jalen Brunson has won at every level of competition. Before he scored two National Championships with Villanova, he got his first taste of hoisting trophies at Adlai E. Stevenson High School where he led the Patriots to three consecutive State Title games. It took three tries, but Brunson cemented himself as one of the top prospects in the nation by winning the Illinois 4A state title in 2015.
This latest Kobe Protro PE is ignited by memories of that winning season. Using the Kobe 4 Protro as the base, this Player Exclusive features a white upper, hits of yellow at the heel and outsole, and dark green accents on the Swoosh, exposed Flywire, the Kobe logo on the tongue, and the championship banner label behind the tongue.

Brunson debuted this PE during the Knicks’ recent game against the Chicago Bulls. The Kobe 4 is one of the New York All-Star’s favorite sneakers to wear, but during High School, Brunson favored the Kobe 9 Elite High specifically.

Below are some shots of Jalen during his High School ranks. Little did he know he’d become one of the biggest stars in New York sports history while being the face of the budding Kobe Brand at Nike.
