Hammers boss Nuno Espirito Santo has appeared to suggest that Crysencio Summerville will not be fit enough to make the matchday squad.
The former Leeds United winger looks set to join Lucas Paqueta on the sidelines, as the Brazil international is suspended, following his red card for dissent in the defeat to Liverpool.
“I don’t think so, unfortunately,” Nuno said, in regard to Summerville. “He still has some issues. We are still assessing but I think it is going to be too soon.
“You know that we all have issues after games and, maybe later, the reports come [about injuries] but we are still assessing. Hopefully, everyone is going to be okay.”
Goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski and midfielder Oliver Scarles are both absent.
