UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 wrapped up yesterday and although the confederation has given out its customary awards, we The Equalizer have yet to have our say.
Owing in part to far too many right backs who shone in Switzerland, we’re not going for the same old and tired Best XI, but rather highlighting the best player from each team in a fair yet cunning way to avoid accusations of bias. Just for fun, we’ve thrown in some extra awards at the bottom too.
