Ahead of the new season we have a new Nominated Board Level Official (NBLO) overseeing fan engagement, our chief communications officer, Toby Craig, who said:
“I’m delighted to have assumed the NBLO role and take responsibility for how we engage with our incredible fans.
“This is a very special club and our supporters both here in Manchester and all over the world set a standard for passion, loyalty and commitment. In turn, today we launch our Fan Engagement Plan for the season ahead and can share our commitments with all of you. We are constantly evolving and improving the way we work with our official fan bodies and groups.
“We would like to place on record our thanks to all the fan representatives who contribute so much to the club, doing so in their own time. These relationships will help us to consult better and in turn achieve better outcomes for Manchester United on and off the pitch.”
