Brooke Hogan Responds to Being Excluded from Hulk Hogan’s $5M Will

Brooke Hogan, daughter of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, has publicly addressed her exclusion from her father’s $5 million will, stating it was her own request. Following Hulk Hogan’s death in July 2025, his entire fortune was bequeathed to his son, Nick Hogan, leaving Brooke without an inheritance.

In a statement to TMZ, Brooke expressed no surprise or regret over the decision. “His decision is no surprise to me. It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I’m a hard worker, and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time,” she said. Brooke did not respond to further inquiries from Fox News Digital.

Hulk Hogan, who passed away at 71 on July 24, 2025, after a heart attack at his Clearwater, Florida home, had a documented history of atrial fibrillation, a condition causing irregular heart rhythms. His death marked the end of an era for the WWE legend, known for his larger-than-life persona in professional wrestling.

Brooke Hogan, who had been estranged from both her father and mother, Linda Hogan, for years, shared an emotional Instagram post after his passing, shedding light on their complex relationship. She clarified that there was no “big fight” but rather a series of private conversations where Hulk confided in her about personal and business struggles. “I offered to be a life raft in whatever capacity he needed. I told him he had my support. I begged him to rest, to take care of himself,” she wrote.

Brooke, her husband Steven Oleksy, and their twins, Oliver and Molly, had relocated from Tennessee to Florida to be closer to Hulk as he aged. Despite their shared history, including nearly 25 surgeries together, Brooke noted a shift in their dynamic. Hulk began excluding her from his medical procedures, and she felt a “force field” around him that she couldn’t penetrate. Respectful disagreements and the emotional toll of her high-risk pregnancy led Brooke to step back from their relationship.

“I know in my heart I did everything I could. He knew I would run through a burning building for him. And in many ways, along the path of life, I did. He knows how deeply, how hard and how purely I loved him. I am at peace knowing this,” Brooke wrote.

The decision to exclude Brooke Hogan from the will aligns with her expressed desire for independence, reflecting her determination to forge her own path outside her father’s financial legacy.
