At a modest gym in Ballymena in Northern Ireland, young women are training not just for victory, but for survival, healing and transformation. Among them is Chloe Crozier determined to go pro after personal hardship; Rachel ‘The Diva’ McIlhagga, rebuilding her confidence after a brutal defeat; and Niamh McNeill, using MMA as a lifeline to improve her mental health and prepare for a fresh start abroad.
