Welterweight contender Ian Machado Garry was backstage following his UFC Qatar decision win over former champion Belal Muhammad waiting for the post-fight press conference to begin when he and middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev had a brief altercation.
“I’ll f**k you up, b*tch,” Chimaev said about shoving Machado Garry.
“Dude, that’s just childish. You’re meant to be a champion in this sport. Look at me. You’re supposed to be a champion in this sport. Your friend just won. Don’t ruin his victory,” said Machado Garry.
