Kostas Antetokounmpo added four blocks in the win.
Jonas Valanciunas led Lithuania with 24 points and 15 rebounds in the loss.
Earlier in the day, Turkey defeated Poland 91-77 to set up a semifinal matchup against Greece.
Alperen Sengun finished with 19 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists in the win.
The other side of the quarterfinals bracket will be determined on Wednesday, with Finland facing Georgia and Germany playing Slovenia.
The two semifinals games will be played on Friday.
