As the 2026 season inches closer, New England Baseball Journal takes a look at some of the region’s best players by position in its annual Preseason All-NEBJ Team format.
Our All-NEBJ roster for the Division 3 level includes players from 10 programs across six different conferences. There is representation from three-time reigning College World Series participant Endicott and Salve Regina, who are highly ranked in national preseason rankings again.
While last season’s squad was made up entirely of upperclassmen, there is a youth movement this time around. Four sophomores cracked the list alongside eight seniors and a junior.
Geographically speaking, the team includes players at colleges in four of the six New England states and natives of three.
