There is no obvious first-round talent among New England prospects eligible for the 2026 MLB Draft, but that’s not to say it’s out of the realm of possibility.
The class includes a reigning D1 College World Series champion pitcher and three former weekend starters at Power Four Conference schools.
New England’s pool of high school prospects also includes two pitchers who have clocked fastballs north of 95 mph. It’s a class with plenty of potential and one that will certainly be worth monitoring over the next eight months.
