It’s time to polish up the trophies in Division 3 college baseball.
Two New England conferences — the NESCAC and GNAC — have completed their respective regular seasons and are set to begin tournament action. The rest will reach the playoff stage next week, with all of the champions to be crowned before NCAA selections on May 10.
Little has changed at the top of New England Baseball Journal’s latest Division 3 Coaches Poll, but a recent surge to the 30-win plateau has helped another club return to the top-10 fold.
The NEBJ Division 3 Coaches Poll, which is voted upon by coaches and sports information directors throughout New England, will be released on Wednesdays this spring. Those interested in participating should email jkummins@baseballjournal.com for more information.
