Believe it or not, New England’s Division 1 college programs are starting to see postseason play on the horizon.
While just one regular-season conference series remains for the Ivy and Patriot Leagues, the majority of local teams have three to play before tournament play begins. Eight concluded the past weekend holding top-three positions in their respective standings, with Yale and Brown having clinched Ivy League Tournament positions.
Elsewhere, Boston College maintained its top-25 position with another ACC series win on the road, while UConn and Bryant are coming off critical series sweeps.
This edition of NEBJ’s Monday roundup covers all of that and the rest of the action from around the region.
