Duke headlines Andy Katz’s latest Power 37 men’s college basketball rankings, as Arizona, Michigan and UConn round out the top 4 entering March.
Here are the latest rankings:
1. Duke (1): The Blue Devils are the No. 1 seed overall.
2. Arizona (2): The Wildcats continue to prove they are here to stay as a title favorite.
3. Michigan (3): The Wolverines had quite a week in beating Minnesota and then winning at Illinois to take the Big Ten.
4. UConn (6): The Huskies obliterated St. John’s to rise up to the fourth No. 1 seed.
5. Florida (7): The Gators are right on UConn’s heels for the fourth No. 1.

6. Houston (5): The Cougars ended their losing streak by crushing Colorado.
7. Texas Tech (16): The Red Raiders have won three games in a row since JT Toppin went down for the season and Christian Anderson is a rock star.
8. Nebraska (15): The Huskers have proven they are no fluke and are in the chase for a top four line seed.
9. Illinois (9): The Illini couldn’t hang with Michigan and now need to maintain a top two line seed.
10. Iowa State (10): The Cyclones haven’t been consistent but are still worthy of a top 10 ranking.
11. Alabama (14): The Tide have won eight in a row and are now in line to be a top two seed in the SEC.
12. Michigan State (12): The Spartans had a great week by sweeping Purdue and Indiana on the road.
13. Gonzaga (8): The Zags lost at Saint Mary’s for the final time in the heated series, but have the top seed in the WCC.

15. St. John’s (4): The Red Storm take a significant tumble after getting blitzed by UConn before a rebound win over Villanova.
16. Arkansas (18): The Hogs had a rough go in Gainesville, but are still a top three SEC team.
17. Virginia (15): The Cavs ran into the best team in the country in Duke, but they are still a favorite to finish second in the ACC.
18. Miami, Ohio (21): The RedHawks are 29-0 with two left to play.
19. Wisconsin (19): The Badgers bounced back after a poor performance at Oregon to win convincingly at Washington.
20. Missouri (NR): The Tigers are rising at the right time, beating Tennessee and Vanderbilt in the past two weeks.
21. Saint Mary’s (36): The Gaels have won eight in a row, including knocking off rivals Santa Clara and Gonzaga.
22. Miami, Fla. (26): The ‘Canes have won six of seven.
23. North Carolina (29): The Tar Heels have won four of five.
24. Purdue (13): The Boilermakers had a rough week, losing at home to Michigan State and at Ohio State.
25. Kentucky (NR): The Wildcats bounce back in the poll after taking down Vanderbilt.
26. Tennessee (17): The Vols have lost two in a row to slide back in the SEC.
27. Texas (37): The Longhorns got the much-needed split with rival Texas A&M.
28. Clemson (NR): The Tigers got right by beating Louisville.
29. Belmont (31): The Bruins won the Missouri Valley and are the No. 1 seed in Arch Madness.

30. New Mexico (35): The Lobos took down San Diego State to move within a game of Utah State.
31. Vanderbilt (23): The Commodores have been a bit inconsistent but are still going to be an SEC tournament contender.
32. Georgia (30): The Bulldogs have won three of four (the one loss was to Vandy).
33. UCF (NR): Johnny Dawkins has the Knights primed for an NCAA berth.
34. TCU (NR): The Horned Frogs have won three in a row. This may be Jamie Dixon’s best coaching job to get this squad in the tournament.
35. Saint Louis (25): SLU fell to a rising Dayton but still holds the lead for the top seed in the A10.
36. Villanova (33): The Wildcats can be a team to beat in the Big East as long as they don’t play UConn or St. John’s.
37. West Virginia (NR): The Mountaineers quietly have some high-level, quality wins over UCF and Cincinnati on the road and at home against BYU.
