The Elite Eight wraps up on Sunday, March 29, with the final two matchups of the round.

The day begins with No. 1 Michigan taking on No. 6 Tennessee. They will play at 2:15 p.m. ET, and the winner will represent the Midwest Region in the Final Four.

Michigan lost the Big Ten conference championship and has been playing with a chip on its shoulder ever since. The Wolverines rolled past No. 16 Howard in the first round and beat No. 9 Saint Louis 95-72 in the second round.

The Wolverines matched up with No. 4 Alabama in the Sweet Sixteen. The Crimson Tide were known for their three-point shooting and high-paced offense, both of which were expected to give Michigan fits. The Wolverines responded with the 90-77 victory to clinch their first berth in the Elite Eight since 2021.
