It’s been about a month since the report on the confrontation between Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson and his ex Linda Holliday first became public. While Hudson didn’t say much about it at the time, she recently made some remarks that appeared to be a clear shot at the woman she replaced in Belichick’s life.
Taking to Instagram this week, Hudson posted a congratulatory message to Miss Massachusetts USA Melissa Sapini on her new media job. But in the midst of her praise, she made a remark about “Nantucket Socialites,” which many saw as a jab at Holliday over the controversial Dreamland holiday event that the two of them got kicked out of at Holliday’s demand.

Last March, we strutted into the first ever double-header pageant for Maine and Massachusetts, both well-prepared and optimistic. In the final moments before parading back on stage to learn the judges’ verdicts, we exchanged mutually assuring “you got this”s. Next thing I know, my head is bowed on center-stage as Sal delivers the final verdict, which at the time felt like a death sentence. 1st Runner-Up. Like a good loser, I mustered up the best fake smile I could. Minutes later, as the starry crown was placed over your perfect bun, my fake smile became an involuntary one. It felt like that unnecessarily emotional scene from Inside Out when Bing Bong whispers to himself “take Riley to the moon” as Joy ascends on the rocket and he fades into obscurity. I had hoped the stars would align for us to share the titleholder experience, but I was happy that my friend was Universe-bound on her rocket. So, I slipped out of the Marriott and folded into my obscurity, a box of Thin Mints and the arms of a man who silently understood the gravity of the loss; still happy for my friend.
Like a true Queen, you stayed down to earth while up in space, for you had been a devastated member of the “1st Runner-Up Club” twice now. I see now that those heartbreaking placements had earned you the humility you now carried so effortlessly. Through my induction, I earned the opportunity to be your cheerleader with no strings attached. From being your pack-mule, to jumping like an orangutan as you placed Top 10 at Miss USA, I had the most fulfilling experience watching you shine this year. You did more than hold the title, you embodied what it meant to be Queen of the Commonwealth; never missing an opportunity to represent and serve the Peoples. Even after your historic run at Miss USA, you made 100+ appearances in every corner of Mass. & beyond. I know you will keep shining, metamorphosing and taking up space; even when others threaten you and insist that you don’t belong, e.g. the “Nantucket Socialites”…Congratulations on completing this chapter, Queenie. I can’t wait to watch you step into your reign as Melissa Sapini, Hollywood Entertainment Reporter Extraordinare!!!
While most users on Instagram only noticed the heartfelt message for Sapini, a few others praised Hudson for calling out the “Nantucket Socialites.”
“Omg the Nantucket socialite callout is so good, I saw an article about that incident and thought you two were totally mistreated. Rooting for you both!” one user remarked.
“I love this,” wrote another.
“I feel this in my soul,” a third remarked.

There’s clearly no love lost between Hudson and Holliday.
