There are a ton of changes going on with the Arkansas Razorbacks. Former head coach Sam Pittman was fired in late September, and considering the other jobs that have opened up, namely Florida, Auburn and Penn State, there’s a good chance the Razorbacks may not get their first choice of replacements when all is said and done.
In the meantime, while the Florida State Seminoles are struggling through a 4-4 season, head coach Mike Norvell is still in charge, for now. That may change, but in the here and now, he’s still the man with the No. 13-ranked 2026 recruiting class.
That’s a class that just got better, as well, because the Seminoles have flipped three-star linebacker Daylen Green from Arkansas.
Green, a 6-foot-1, 210-pound linebacker from Quincy, Florida, took an official visit to Tallahassee this past weekend, and that’s what sealed the deal for him.
That, and his relationship with FSU’s coaches, including his lead recruiter, director of recruiting, Devin Rispress:
“What made FSU right for me are the coaches,” Green told Steve Wiltfong of Rivals. “They stuck beside me behind my recruitment process. They showed me that they believe in me, and want me to be a part of the Noles. Even when things weren’t going as planned Coach Rispress still kept contact.”
