It’s Super Bowl Sunday, but that doesn’t mean the football players get to have all the fun. Before the Seahawks and the Patriots take to the field in San Francisco, you can take in some wildly cute action in the form of both Puppy Bowl XXII and the Great American Rescue Bowl, formerly known as the Kitten Bowl (even though there are still dogs involved).
The game will split the kittens and puppies into two teams — the Cuddle Crew and the Snuggle Squad — with eight kittens and eight puppies on each squad. Animal activist and actress Beth Stern is hosting the event again this year, with Trevor Donovan acting as sideline reporter.
