Before Minkah Fitzpatrick became an All-Pro safety in the NFL, he was an All-American at Alabama. His younger brother, Justice, is hoping to have similar success at the collegiate level.
Justice is currently the No. 3 cornerback and No. 47 overall recruit in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports’ rankings. The St. Thomas Aquinas product has already received 43 offers, but he’s only considering five schools.
Despite his brother’s history at Alabama, Justice announced that he won’t be playing for the Crimson Tide in 2026. He could end up in the SEC, though.
The younger brother of Minkah Fitzpatrick told Hayes Fawcett of On3 that his list of schools is down to these five teams: Florida, Georgia, Miami, Ohio State and Texas.
“Right now I feel like I’ve gotten down to a good five that have been consistently reaching out,” Fitzpatrick said, via On3. “I feel like those five I’m really set on. They’re really the ones that have really been consistent once I showed my mutual interest. …I feel like they all do a really good job reaching out. I don’t think there’s one that (recruits harder) than others because they all do a good job reaching out and trying to build a connection. I think they’re all on an even playing field right now before the OVs.”

247Sports has described Justice as a “potential multi-year starter at the Power Four level that could thrive in a quarters-heavy system.” His scouting report highlights his feel for the game as well, such as his footwork, play recognition and IQ.
Florida, Georgia, Miami, Ohio State and Texas will be vying for the talented cornerback’s services over the next several months.
Justice expects to commit sometime in July since he’ll go on several visits over the next few weeks.
