Boise State came from behind to beat New Mexico last week, but many Broncos fans did not stick around to see the comeback at Albertsons Stadium. Head coach Spencer Danielson is hoping that will not happen again going forward.
On Monday, Boise State athletic director Jeramiah Dickey took to social media to urge fans to be at their best for Saturday night’s game against UNLV, which is the 12th consecutive home game that the Broncos have sold out. Dickey called Boise State’s home field “a fortress” and said the environment is something “no opponent wants to face” when at its best.
Dickey also encouraged fans to stay for the entirety of the game, which was likely a reference to the exodus that took place during last week’s 41-25 win over New Mexico.
