Michigan State football has extended an official offer to one of their defensive back commits in the 2026 class.
Eliyjah Caldwell-Hardy of Jacksonville, Fla. announced on Friday morning that he has received his official offer from Michigan State. Caldwell-Hardy posted on his social media X account to make the official offer known.
August 1 is the first day for schools to extend official offers to prospects in the 2026 class.
Caldwell-Hardy is a three-star prospect with a recruiting rating of 86 in 247Sports’ system. He is ranked as the No. 118 safety in 247Spors’ composite rankings for the 2026 class.
Caldwell-Hardy has been committed to Michigan State since early June. He elected to become a Spartan over notable offers from UCLA, Tulane, Navy, Florida Atlantic and Middle Tennessee State.
