The claims surfaced when her husband, Tony Martinez, took to social media platform X, sharing purported screenshots of conversations between Martinez and Smith. The posts quickly went viral, sparking widespread speculation.
Adding to the controversy, Tony Martinez also released a video in which he allegedly confronts Steve Smith Sr. regarding the situation. As of now, neither Martinez nor Smith has publicly addressed the accusations.
