Head coach Sean McVay recently announced that Stafford will attempt another workout.

In his absence, Stetson Bennett IV and Jimmy Garoppolo have handled first-team responsibilities.
Bennett has shown promise during preseason action, providing some insurance if Stafford’s recovery extends longer than expected.
