If there’s a competition to be had, Anthony Edwards wants in. The Minnesota guard had the chance to compete in his first-ever Olympics in 2024, and he took it and ran with it, playing a key role as the fourth-leading Team USA scorer and setting himself up as a potential No. 1 option come 2028.
Ant’s first Olympics run and subsequent afterparty saw a number of player edition takes on his first signature adidas model, including multiple “USA” looks as well as a shimmery “Gold Medal” colorway that was brought out once the job was finished. With the adidas Anthony Edwards 2 era now underway, Ant and co. are looking back on the star’s first medal with a patriotic AE2 that will actually see a public release.
The sneaker effectively comes split into two areas. The sides, TPU cage, and outsole are finished in white and silver, while the tongue and upper portion arrive in black with blue and Lucid Red touches.
The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “USA” lands Spring 2026 for $130 USD in men’s sizes. See official images below if you’re a fan.
