Nike’s efforts to court up-and-coming basketball talent have made EYBL PEs some of the most coveted hoops shoes in the game, frequently spotted on NBA feet and highly sought-after by collectors. Next month brings the Nike EYBL Peach Jam, one of the most prestigious high school basketball tournaments in the country and a reliable moment for new PE styles to surface in the lead-up.
With the EYBL currently in Las Vegas for its fourth session of the season, Devin Booker’s Nike Book 2 has surfaced in a new pink and green PE style. Chain-link style mesh forms the top half of the upper, while a paler canvas shade takes the mudguard. Bright green animates the Swoosh and spine branding, while the insoles, tongue branding, and lateral EYBL logo come in purple. We’re immediately reminded of the Nike Kobe 6 “WNBA All-Star” PE worn by Caitlin Clark in 2024, that shoe featuring an equally refreshing pink and green palette.
The Nike Book 2 “EYBL” isn’t expected to see a public release as of this writing, but stranger things have happened. See detailed images below and stay tuned for updates.
