adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Lucid Blue” Launches On May 9th

Anthony Edwards’ recent postgame presser is a perfect snapshot of why he’s beloved by fans: equal parts humility and humor. He made sure to shout out Donte DiVincenzo and his “gorilla nuts,” and added “I’m ass, bro” after learning he missed 15 shots – critical of himself even in victory. He’s far less humble when it comes to his signature adidas line, though, fueled by confident ad campaigns and the level of play to back ’em up.

Ant has opened the playoffs wearing the adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Lucid Blue,” now emerging via official images ahead of its impending May release. The sneaker is drenched in its titular, almost royal shade from heel to toe, save for baby blue hits on the tongue and heel branding. As with all AE2s, the toe features a reflective finish.
