Nike Ja 3 “Sail/Coconut Milk” HF2793-101

It’s (almost) officially #12 time. While a few weeks separate us from the start of the 2025–26 NBA season, Morant’s latest is already underway. The Nike Ja 3 “Sail” releases on October 9th in adults’, GS, and PS sizing ($125, $102, $87). As with most of their releases, Nike will drop their pairs primarily through their SNKRS platform, yet given the Ja 3’s status as a spotlighted basketball model, there’s a ton of additional stockists carrying their own.

Check the “Where To Buy” section to get the full breadth of options for where you can scoop a pair, updated with direct pick-up links upon arrival. Scroll further for a refresher on the silhouette as a whole and what makes this off-white edition stand out.

Additional Retailer Images (Sneaker Politics)

Even before he steps on an NBA court in 2025, Ja Morant could be primed for one of his most exciting seasons ever. His latest signature, the Nike Ja 3, has been easily his most warmly received in his budding signature line. While naysayers of previous editions often leveled the claim that his product was simply a recreation or retread of already established designs (the Ja 2’s proximity to the Kobe 5/6, for example), there’s no denying that the Ja 3 is entirely his own. Repetitions of his triangular logo across the upper in a pattern mimicking tire tread are the most obvious, but utilizing that branding to create its outsole traction only strengthens the sneaker’s ties to its namesake.

Paradoxically, what makes the Nike Ja 3 “Sail” in particular stand out is how it blends in. Put less cryptically, almost all of the colorways the public has received so far have relied on vibrant tones to match the point guard’s explosive on-court feats and overall persona. Breaking from that design language with a white/off-white pair makes this likely the easiest-worn colorway in the silhouette’s early run, only assisted by a jet black Swoosh on the medial and lateral sides.
