Nike LeBron 23 “Stewie” IM5125-401

The Nike LeBron 23 has taken on the role of a storybook chronicling the many chapters of LeBron’s life and career, reading something like a victory lap (or swan song) despite no retirement announcement to speak of. LeBron’s shoe line, without getting too meta about it, offers plenty of its own stories worth telling. Some are tied to obvious career chapters, while others have simply taken on a life of their own.

The Nike LeBron 6 “Stewie” PE from 2009 falls into the latter camp, widely regarded as one of the most memorable LeBron PEs ever thanks to its surprising pop culture theme and scarcity, though PJ Tucker, per usual, still managed to get his hands on a pair. LeBron debuted a Nike LeBron 23 “Stewie” colorway back in December, at the time reported for a Fall 2026 release. Official images have now surfaced, bringing us one step closer to launch.

The youngest and most sinister Family Guy character lends his likeness via a “Baltic Blue/White-Bluegrass-Bright Crimson” palette, Baltic Blue doing most of the heavy lifting across the crown-inspired frame. Dual-shaded Swooshes and complementary details maintain the same character-driven details of the LeBron 6 original, though the very different canvas naturally makes for a very different-looking shoe.

The Nike LeBron 23 “Stewie” drops Fall 2026 for $210 in men’s sizes. See official images below and hit our Sneaker Release Dates page for more.

In other basketball shoe news, check out the Nike Caitlin 1.
