Friday, Mar. 28

DAZN, 3:00 pm ET, Pat Brown vs Federico Javier Grandone. A Matchroom show from an ice skating rink in Altrincham in the UK. Brown was an Olympian in 2024 and lost there to Keno Machado in his first fight. Grandone is the sort of guy that gets booked to fight UK Olympians in their debuts. The cheapest tickets for this show start at £40.00 each (taxes and fees not included). But, you can book a party at the same venue for £21 per person, and that includes nametags, skate rental, food (menu available here), an hour of ice time, and complimentary hot drinks. Budget accordingly.

Saturday, Mar. 29

DAZN PPV, 3:00 pm ET, X Series 21: KSI vs Dillon Danis. This was supposed to happen two years ago, then it didn’t, and now it’s scheduled for Saturday. Dillon Danis is known for bailing on boxing matches as often or more as he actually participates in them, and looked godawful when he did show up for one against Logan Paul. But, hey, $29.99 if that sounds good. You’ll probably get more amusement out of Scott suffering through live coverage. BLH will have live updates

ESPN+, 6:10 pm ET, Mikaela Mayer vs Sandy Ryan 2. Mayer won the first meeting last September by majority decision just hours after Sandy Ryan was hit by a bucket of paint. I’ll be honest… I half watched that show in the background of the bar at Whirlyball in Novi, Michigan and tried to piece together what had happened through garbled closed captioning. It didn’t make much sense to me then, and Scott’s best attempt at an explanation the next time I talked to him didn’t add much clarity. Ultimately, the fight was damn good, and they’re doing it again! Will we see more paint splashin’? All we know for sure is that NYC police didn’t pursue the investigation with the same intensity as the Luigi Mangione case, so the paint-petrator remains at large, and Ryan may want to wear a smock on her way to the arena. Bruce Carrington fights in support, and Tiger Johnson faces Kendo Castaneda, just 6 weeks after Castaneda suffered a loss to Kenneth Sims. Also, Emiliano Vargas! BLH will have live updates

DAZN, 8:00 pm ET, William Zepeda vs Tevin Farmer 2. The rematch of a shockingly good fight that saw Zepeda injure his hand and suffer a legit knockdown, but escape with a squeaker of a split decision. Nice little support lineup, too, with unified 105 lbs. champ Oscar Collazo defending his titles against Edwin Cano, and Yoka Valle defending a belt against Marlen Esparza. BLH will have live updates
