Friday, July 11th

TrillerTV+, 12:30 pm ET, Island Knockouts: Part I. From the MEYR Centre for Physical Education and Sport on the island nation of Malta! Looks like 11 or 12 fights, most of the participants in 4 rounders. Some names with MMA history, many appear to be making their pro boxing debuts.

Netflix, 8:00 pm ET, Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano 3. For every world title of any significance at 140 lbs.: WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF, and IBO. From the actual Madison Square Garden (not the basement) in NYC, it’s the third edition of the best matchup in women’s boxing. Both previous fights delivered in a big way, with Taylor taking a split decision back in April of 2022 and a unanimous one (by three one point judges scorecards) in November of 2024. The main event is just one of four unified/undisputed women’s championship fights on this show. Alycia Baumgardner, Ellie Scotney, Savannah Marshall, and Cherneka Johnson feature in the others. Plus, Chantelle Cameron defending her WBC interim 140 lbs. title, too. BLH will have live updates

Saturday, July 12th

DAZN, 2:00 pm ET, Ring III – Free Prelims. Four hours of prelim fights. Not sure if we get a big name as the closer… You’ll just have to tune in to see!

ProBox, 6:00 pm ET, Lester Martinez vs Pierre Dibombe. From Fresno, California, and without Jose Ramirez or Marc Castro, somehow! Several other proven ProBox performers on the card, including Katsuma Akitsugi, Tsendbaatar Erdenebat, and Vladimir Hernandez. But, once again, ProBox is head to head on a Saturday night with a major showcase from another outlet.

DAZN PPV, 6:00 pm ET, Ring III – Edgar Berlanga vs Hamzah Sheeraz & Shakur Stevenson vs William Zepeda. From Queens, New York. If you’re looking for something no one will ever believe in a game of Two Truths and a Lie? You could tell people “I spent $59.99 to watch Edgar Berlanga A-side headline a PPV show!” if you pay out for this one. You’ll get Shakur vs William Zepeda as a co-feature, settling the world (Shakur) and interim (Zepeda) WBC lightweight title dispute. And, a very high potential support matchup between Alberto Puello and Subriel Matias for Puello’s WBC title at 140 lbs. Presumably, David Morrell vs Imam Khataev also appears on the main portion of the show. BLH will have live updates
