Silverstone has announced iconic global superstar DJ and producer David Guetta as the first headline act for its star-studded 2026 British Grand Prix music line-up.
The performance, on Thursday July 2, will mark Guetta’s only UK appearance of his global MONOLITH tour next summer, making his headline set at Silverstone a truly exclusive moment for fans.
Having attracted record crowds of 500,000 last summer, the announcement underlines the home of British motorsport’s growing reputation as one of the UK’s premiere live music and entertainment destinations.
The Grand Prix weekend’s Formula 1 entertainment has also been expanded next season, with the return of the F1 Sprint for 2026, giving fans even more thrills and excitement.
Guetta is set to join a stellar list of past British Grand Prix headliners that includes Stormzy, RAYE, Sam Fender, Kings of Leon, Fatboy Slim and Becky Hill – and the full line-up will further reinforce Silverstone’s evolution into one of the UK’s leading live music and entertainment hubs, cementing the event as a summer highlight on both the British sporting and music calendar.
The BRIT and Grammy-winning icon, recently crowned the World’s No. 1 DJ by DJ Mag, will open the four-day celebration by delivering his world-famous high-energy set packed with global hits, euphoric production and festival anthems.
Guetta said: “I’ve played some incredible shows around the world, but performing at Silverstone during the British Grand Prix is going to be something truly special.
“I’ve always been drawn to Formula 1 – the atmosphere, the adrenaline, the passion – it’s everything I love. I even made a music video inspired by F1 years ago. I can’t wait to bring my energy to the main stage and make it an unforgettable night.”
