Sean Strickland’s adventures outside the octagon are just as entertaining as his trash talk and fights.
From motorcycle rides and gun range sessions to playing Russian roulette, the current and two-time UFC middleweight champion has done it all. This time, however, Strickland saved one of his friends from drowning.
Strickland uploaded multiple clips to his Instagram Story of his latest adventure, where he got to play hero, right after playing the villain. The 35-year-old at first convinced his buddy to jump off a cliff by gaslighting him. “Tarzan” quipped:
“Just jump in and just jump out… You’re on a rock, don’t be a fu*king p**sy. Let’s go, you women.”
A few seconds after Strickland’s friend jumped into the lake, “Tarzan” realized that his buddy was drowning and needed help, after which he jumped to save his friend from drowning and exclaimed:
“Oh, my god. This mothef**ker is gonna die.”

“First off, I feel like I got whipped left in the water. Two, it’s freezing. I go in a sock. Realized I could not touch the ground. Tried to swim. It’s too cold. I gave up, and I couldn’t breathe. I’m telling you, I almost died.”

Sean Strickland needs a “little longer” to recover
After UFC 328, Sean Strickland had confirmed that he had suffered a shoulder injury and a broken nose. Now, the American has confirmed that while his shoulder is “getting solid,” he still needs a little more time to recover before returning to defend his belt.
At UFC 329, “Tarzan” dethroned Khamzat Chimaev by split decision to reclaim the strap. Now, “Borz” wants a rematch, and Strickland’s latest X post suggests that Chimaev’s wish might be coming true. Strickland posted:
“Y’all keep asking me when Im gonna fight again. Shoulder is getting solid, need a little longer. As to who Im fighting.. Chimaev keeps running his f**king mouth. Want me to teach you how to cut weight so you can stop bi*ching for a second, L?
