The NCAA Division 1 transfer portal window is officially open from June 1 to 30. A player can enter the portal during that time, see what’s out there, and even return to his original school if the coach allows it.
New England Baseball Journal will keep a transfer tracker with updates to player movement throughout June. If you would like to add a player to our database, please email [email protected].
Our list of 25 players currently in the transfer portal includes players from Northeastern, UConn, UMass, Merrimack, Maine, and Rutgers, among many other programs. The list of New England prospects includes a former national champion pitcher at LSU, a former MLB draft pick out of high school, a former representative of Team Switzerland, the 2025 Preseason Big East Player of the Year, and the 2026 New England Junior College Player of the Year.
Here is the current list of 30 New England prospects in the transfer portal.
