UCF received a pair of verbal commitments to its 2027 recruiting class over the weekend.
Noah Robinson, a three-star defensive tackle from Vanguard High School in Ocala and Connail Jackson, a running back from Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, both committed to the Knights following the team’s final spring practice Saturday.

They join three-star wide receiver Jamal Robinson Jr., who previously committed and is from Mater Academy Charter in Miami.
The 6-foot-3, 245-pound Robinson had nearly a dozen offers from schools such as Florida Atlantic, Southern Miss and Arkansas State.
He’s ranked No. 115 among the defensive linemen in the class according to 247Sports’ composite rankings and No. 112 in Florida.
Jackson (5-10, 180 pounds) rushed for a total of 4,170 yards on 401 carries, averaging 10.4 yards per carry and scoring 68 touchdowns in 30 games over three varsity seasons with the Cougars.
As a junior, Jackson rushed for 2,452 yards and 39 touchdowns over 15 games, helping Cardinal Mooney to a Class 2A state championship, earning MVP honors after rushing for 199 yards and four touchdowns in a 52-28 win over Jacksonville Bolles.

He had 19 offers from schools such as Auburn, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Michigan State and USF.
Jackson is the No. 80-ranked running back in the class.
All verbal commitments are non-binding but can become official during the early signing period in December.
