Interview with Azamat Bekoev below
Azamat Bekoev (19-3) discusses his middleweight fight against Ryan Loder (7-1) at UFC Iowa on May 3rd. Azamat also talked about how this fight together, his training camp at American Top Team and how this fight will play out.
“He’s great wrestler but I used to fight with a lot of wrestlers. Where I’m from we have a lot of high-level wrestlers. I used to fight with a lot of wrestlers in street fights. This is not wrestling, this is MMA. I’ve finished a lot of wrestlers, I’m going to show it again. I think Ryan will try to take me down. He’s going to be surprised because I know how to defend wrestling, maybe I’m going to take him down. I’m always looking for the finish.
